Ms. Jones,
I wanted to thank you for your visit out to my home at 4925 Redstone Drive.  You may not remember, but our property was constantly under water due to inadequate drainage.  I had tried over the span of 15 plus years to get someone to listen.  Well in April this year, the city replaced the drainage system under the street and installed new grates and curbs around the drains on the street.  It took time from your visit to the repairs, but I know that you had a great deal to do with this matter.  You see you were the new piece to the puzzle and I wanted to THANK YOU for helping to make this happen.  We have made 80% of the repairs to our home and are working on the rest.  Hopefully the economy will make a turn and we hope to put the property up for sale soon.  I hope that the rest of the city has a Council Person like you looking out for them.
